-Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
Operation Guide:
-Rinse the machine and allow it to dry before use.
-Press the machine head and turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.
-Install the bowl cover into the stirring end.
-Weigh the flour and water to be processed into the bowl, with a maximum of 2.25kg.
-Assemble the bowl on the machine, rotate clockwise until the buckle is locked.
-Install the required accessory onto the output shaft, and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position.
-Press the machine head to lock it in place.
-Turn the Speed knob to 0 position.
-Plug in the power cord and turn on the Power Button.
-Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing.
-Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop.
-Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.
-Rotate the bowl counterclockwise to remove it, and take out the dough.
