Soozy Barker Solasta Ocean Framed Canvas 85x120cm
- Soozy Barker is a contemporary, abstract artist inspired by the patterns and colours of nature and the world around her. Initially trained by her Father, Jon Barker, (himself an internationally published artist), Soozy has developed a unique style and specialist techniques with her painting process entailing hours of pouring, splashing, blending and flicking, often using 20-30 brushes, metallic acrylics, oil paints, spray paints, gold and silver leaf, mixing and thinning mediums, and numerous other tools and materials which is demonstrated in this amazing piece of art that will provide the ideal talking point at any social gathering at your home! She sums it up beautifully herself "I can spend hours without leaving the easel; the process becomes hypnotic, I can't leave a piece until I'm absolutely happy. The surface of the paint has to be as serene as the feeling the image gives the viewer!"
